Get to know us
We are happy to advise you virtually or personally on the subject of yachting. In a non-binding appointment, we will clarify whether and how we can implement the floating hotel rooms together for your business.

Contracting
You choose from one of our three packages: Bura, Nevera or Mestral. These include all the necessary steps to successfully put your hotel philosophy on the water. This is followed by the first product development appointment.

Product Development
In this step your target groups are analyzed and the suitable area/marina as well as a suitable yacht are elicited. Here, EuroYachting GmbH draws on an excellent network and know-how.

Core Product & Customer Journey
Step 4 revolves around working out FAQs about the trip that guests might have, setting up the booking engine and determining which activities might be of interest to the guests.

Value Transfer
During the value transfer we work out the following points together: Marketing (ideas, best practices, content plan, etc.), HR (how to deploy the staff, legal situation, briefing, etc), branding on the yacht and guest services.

Website
The „floating hotel rooms“ are ready to be booked through your existing sales channels. In the process, we support you in marketing with image and text material.

Recruiting of Staff
This step includes the creation of the job descriptions for the positions skipper, host/hostess and cook/cook. We are also happy to organize an external crew for you and take care of the interviews as well as the advertising.

Branding & Crew-week
The interior and exterior of the yacht are provided with your corporate design, so that the values are also noticeable on board. During the crew week, we prepare your employees for working on the yacht.

Season Kick-Off
The final step describes the launch of your floating hotel rooms. The crew as well as our on-site staff personally greet and see off your guests and are available around the clock for any questions.
